Relaxation & Resilience with Rebecca

Hadassah is pleased to announce the launch of "Resilience & Relaxation with Rebecca." This new, online series of 30-minutes sessions takes place on Tuesdays at 4:00 pm EDT. It's led by Rabbi Rebecca W. Sirbu, Hadassah's Director of Member & Unit Services. Rebecca teaches various relaxation techniques, including controlled breathing exercises, practicing mindfulness, expressing gratitude, and includes Jewish teachings as well. All of this is aimed at helping viewers attain a sense of peace and well being at a time of great anxiety.
