Kacy Spivack of El Paso, Texas, is the Chair of the Data & Imapct Center.  She previusly served as Coordinator of the Engagement Division. Kacy held many positions in Hadassah, including President of her local Chapter, President of the Desert-Mountain Region, Area Resource Chair for the Mountain Southwest Area, National Leadership Department Chair, National Strategic Planning Chair, and National Vice President. Kacy has also held many leadership positions in the El Paso community including Synagogue Vice President of Education, PTA President, Chairman of the Board of the El Paso Symphony, and co-founder of the El Paso Symphony Youth Orchestras. She is a retired preschool teacher.
