Nancy Rapoport of Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania is the Co-Chair of the Nurses and Allied Health Professionals Council. Nancy’s Hadassah history is extensive. She began as education and programming Vice President for Anne Frank Chapter in Philadelphia and took the same position in the Hakol Group before becoming their President. Nancy went on to be the Greater Philadelphia’s Convention Chair for three years, the Women’s Health Chair to the board and chapter and Co-Chaired a city wide health fair. Currently, and for the last three years, she has been the Co-Chair of the National Nurses and Allied Health Professionals Council. Nancy helped plan Nurses Symposiums in Baltimore, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Washington and in NYC. Nancy is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Eastern University holding degrees in nursing and health administration. She began her career at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia on the Infant Surgical, Intermediate Intensive Care Units and as a Child Abuse and Neglect Specialist. Nancy became a member of the Philadelphia Suspected Child Abuse and Neglect Team. She has worked in many areas of nursing, mostly pediatrics.
