Protect Pregnant Workers!
Today marks 39 years since the passage of the Pregnancy Discrimination Act. Women now make up 46.8% of the labor force, yet the glass ceiling and discrimination still hinder the economic equity and security of female workers and their families. The Pregnant Workers Fairness Act would help pregnant workers maintain economic stability and a healthy pregnancy by requiring that employers provide reasonable work accommodations such as additional breaks, light lifting duty, or basic modifications to physical tasks. Urge your legislators to co-sponsor and support the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act and to work for its swift passage!

Stand Up to Anti-Israel Bias at the UN
The United Nations Human Rights Council is currently building a blacklist of around 150 US companies that do business in Israeli controlled areas. This blacklist not only harms our strong US-Israel relationship, but undermines Israel's economy and legitimacy. Urge your legislators to cosponsor and support the Israel Anti-Boycott Act and the BDS Act of 2017 to protect US companies that do business with our closest ally, Israel.
