Hadassah welcomes the long awaited release of Jonathan Pollard after three decades of imprisonment in the United States. Hadassah has long urged the United States to grant him clemency—especially for health and humanitarian concerns. Over the years, Pollard has expressed remorse for his actions and we are grateful to the United States for finally permitting his release. We wish him good health and happiness as he reunites with his loved ones.
