On May 17, 2017, the Coalition for Women's Health Equity hosted its inaugural Women's Health Empowerment Summit at the Newseum in Washington, DC. The event brought together policymakers, thought leaders, and women's health champions during National Women's Health Week (May 14-20) to build momentum and strategize action steps to further women's health equity—from prevention and diagnosis, to treatment and cure.
