Welcome to National Hadassah's Training site. Here you will find all modes of training for our technology and applications. These include all Microsoft products, Clearview, myHadassah, Zoom, Cyber Security and Awareness, and Boardpaq (for National Board members only).
We hope that you will use these videos, user manuals, and quick reference guides. We have prepared multiple different methods of instruction because we understand that all of us are different and learn differently. For all National Board members - please review the attached video and user guide (coming soon) to help you with the use of Boardpaq. A username and temporary access will be sent to you upon the beginning of the year that you are elected to the National Board.

Here you will find Hadassah's Cyber Security Policy as well as a video of the training provided for all members of the National Assembly. These should be downloaded and reviewed. If you have any questions, please contact IT support at itsupport@hadassah.org for more information.

We have created a training on how to use myHadassah. It includes how to log in, where to go for information, as well as the individual member's subscriptions and total donations given for the previous year. You will be able to download a tax letter for your records from the opening page once you are logged in.
