Dr. Kevin Tabb, a graduate of the Hadassah-Hebrew University School of Medicine, is the new President and CEO of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, the teaching hospital of Harvard University.

Dr. Tabb was previously Chief Medical Officer at Stanford Hospital and Clinics (Stanford, CA). Raised in Berkeley, CA, Dr. Tabb emigrated to Israel at the age of 18. He also completed his residency in internal medicine at Hadassah. "We are thrilled to bring such a talented, thoughtful leader with a unique combination of skills to head our Medical Center," said Board Chair Stephen Kay. "As a physician with an extensive track record in hospital administration and business," he added, "Dr. Tabb has a deep understanding of integrated health care delivery that will keep BIDMC at the forefront of quality care."
