Hadassah’s Perpetual Yahrzeit ensures that Kaddish will be recited every year on the anniversary of your loved one’s passing. On that day, the name of the departed, and the comforting words of Kaddish, will be recited in the Fannie and Maxwell Abbell Synagogue at Hadassah Ein Kerem, Jerusalem, home to Marc Chagall's iconic windows.

Enhanced Perpetual Yahrzeit

Kaddish will be recited for your loved one daily for 11 months, after which it will be recited annually. Like the Perpetual Yahrzeit, Kaddish is said in the Abbell Synagogue, surrounded by the windows that Marc Chagall gave to the people of Jerusalem in 1962. Each year you will receive a reminder prior to the Yahrzeit date.
