Women's Health Empowerment Summit: A Success

Monday, Jun 19 2017

Attendees from coast to coast came together to learn, network, and identify strategic next steps for improving and protecting women's health at the Coalition for Women's Health Equity's Women's Health Empowerment Summit, convened by Hadassah. "Women's health doesn't advance itself," said National President Ellen Hershkin at the Summit. "We must do all we can to protect women's health in the short term. At the same time, we must hold tight to our long-term goal: full health equity for all women."

Watch Summit videos and check out our photo gallery. Build momentum for women's health equity by planning a Day in the District with your federal legislators during the month of August. Ask your local leaders about advocacy opportunities in your community or contact advocacy@hadassah.org for resources and support.

Don't forget to visit the Hadassah National Action Center for all the latest advocacy opportunities in support of Israel, women's health equity, and more.
