Carol Goodman Kaufman of Worcester, Massachusetts is the Co-Chair of Youth Aliyah. Carol has held numerous portfolios in Hadassah, including as Chair of Hadassah Academic College and of the National Programming Department. In her home chapter, she runs the community-wide program, "Get Your 'Z' On: Zionism That You Didn't Learn in Hebrew School" and the Israeli literature book club. Outside of Hadassah, Carol currently chairs the Latino-Jewish Roundtable of the Jewish Community Relations Council of Central Mass. She was the Founding Chair of the Domestic Violence Task Force for the Jewish Community of Central Mass. Carol holds a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology. While a post-doctoral fellow in criminology at Northeastern University, she wrote the book Sins of Omission: The Jewish Community's Reaction to Domestic Violence.
