Michele Weiner-Merbaum, Atlanta-based caterer, will show how to bring international flair to your Hanukkah celebration, with healthy, easy toppings for all ages and palates. Remembering a heroic nurse: In Taking Action in Times of Need: Lillian Wald, Henry Street Settlement, and the Lower East Side author Ellen M. Snyder-Grenier will discuss Lillian Wald, a heroic nurse who inspired Henrietta Szold, and her establishment of the Henry Street Settlement: a place of healing and action. Presented by the Hadassah Nurses & Allied Health Professionals Council and open to all. Tomorrow, December 3, 8 pm ET.
