New ways to do good with reConceiving Infertility and Hadassah.

Wednesday, Jun 10 2020

June is World Infertility Awareness Month, and Hadassah's new reConceiving Infertility initiative is a terrific way to stay connected to our organization and do meaningful work in our current moment. In recent weeks, we've hosted webinars and interviews featuring our reConceiving Infertility Ambassador Amy Klein, premiered informative videos, and advocated for change.

This week, you'll find even more ways Hadassah is working to increase awareness about and destigmatize infertility. Here are more ways you can learn, connect and engage.

Spread Healing Around the World

Listen and learn: Hadassah's reConceiving Infertility initiative continues with the launch of a new episode of the Hadassah On Call podcast, "The Many Paths to Parenthood," featuring our infertility expert, Dr. Hananel Holzer. Hear about his groundbreaking research and how he is helping to expand the definitions of family.

Then continue the conversation: Register now for a special conversation about the personal and political aspects of infertility with Amy Klein, Hadassah reConceiving Infertility Ambassador; Karen Paikin Barall, Hadassah Director of Government Relations; and Elana Frank, CEO and Founder of the Jewish Fertility Foundation. On Monday, June 22 at 12:00 pm EDT.

"Mini Shavuot Tikkun"

Tonight! Be a part of it: Hadassah's new national book club, "One Book, One Hadassah" — from Hadassah Magazine and Engagement — launches today! To kick it off, we have a fabulous live event with Jennifer Weiner, whose fun new novel, Big Summer, was an instant New York Times best-seller. She'll be speaking with Hadassah members live online tonight at 7:30 pm EDT. Don't miss it! Then continue the conversation with your local Hadassah book group, using our discussion guide.
